You must make your ticket purchase through our website Not all events have a box office service. If there is a ticket office service, it would only be on the same day of the event and from two (2) hours before the event time. We always suggest that you buy your tickets in advance through our website.

You must make your payment with a credit or debit card with the following logos: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

You must be sure to enter the billing address of the credit card you are using for the purchase. If you are entering a billing address other than the one registered with your financial institution, your order will not be processed.

It is possible that these purchase attempts will reflect charges on your account statement, however, they are only temporary holds that will be automatically reimbursed. It is important that you validate the billing address on file with your credit card with your financial institution before attempting to process an order.

International credit/debit cards are not accepted.

You will receive your tickets immediately after you process your ticket purchase. You will receive your purchase confirmation to the email you registered in the purchase process. Your purchase confirmation includes your event tickets.

To access your tickets, please ensure that you log in to the email account you used to make the purchase. Once you are logged in, you can use the search function to locate an email from PIETIX. If you find an email from PIETIX, open it to access your purchase confirmation. Within the confirmation, you will find a link to your tickets that you can click on to view and download them.

In case you are unable to locate the confirmation email in your inbox, it is recommended to check your spam or junk-mail folders as it may have been filtered there.

If you have tried all the above steps and still can't find your tickets, you can visit the Help section and request your tickets again. Once you select the event you purchased, our system will automatically resend the tickets to the registered email address.

No need to print the tickets. You can present the tickets from your cell phone. To expedite your entry process, it is important that you have your tickets ready to be scanned when requested. Make sure the brightness of your cell phone is as high as possible to scan without delay.

In case of attending the event with multiple people, they must all be together when scanning their tickets if only the same device will be used.

If your cell phone is configured in the "dark mode" version, your tickets will not be able to be scanned from your device. In this case, you will need to change the “dark mode” setting and use the traditional version or print your tickets.

If you prefer to print your tickets on paper, you can do so without any inconvenience. You need to make sure the barcodes are printed correctly so you don't have delays upon entry. Each person attending the event must have their admission ticket on hand so that the process of scanning your ticket flows without delay.

Yes. If the event you want to purchase has a map available you will be able to select the seats you want, if they are available.

On seat maps, each color represents a price. You should see the price legend for reference. Legend prices do not include service charges.

Yes. If you want someone else to attend the event for you, you can transfer your ticket to them. This person can only attend the event for you, however, they will not be able to make a claim or request changes to your order.

No. Contractual agreements with promoters or event organizers do not allow us to make changes or cancellations to orders already processed.

In case of events canceled or postponed by production, a refund can be issued. However, service charges are not refundable under any circumstances. For additional details on this matter, you must access the Purchase Policy at

Yes. Quantities vary by event. You can usually buy up to 12 tickets per order.

It depends on the event. Each production establishes from what age a child is allowed to enter the event or venue and the price of the ticket. To find out if a child can access the event you are interested in and to know if they pay for admission, you must verify this information in the Event Details section at If you have any additional questions in this regard, write to us through Contact to assist you.

The promoter of the event establishes the price of each ticket and its due distribution and inventory. Ticket prices may vary and are subject to change and availability without notice.

The company responsible for ticket sales sets the service charge per ticket. Service charges may vary and are subject to change without notice.

The event facility sets the facility fee per ticket. The facility fee may vary and are subject to change without notice.

You must enter the promo code in the Promo Code area in the event you want to purchase. Once entered, the system will validate the entered code and notify you if it has been accepted or not.
